Most of us don't even realize that there are 12 laws of karma. the 12 laws of karma, can be thought of as the rules, or a roadmap, of playing the ever evolving, game of karma, and in this 12 laws of karma youtube special, we will explain the 12 laws of karma that will change your life, to help you better navigate this key principle. Karma, is an ancient Sanskrit term, that roughly translates to the word action.

The law of karma is a core principle of Hindu and Buddhist teachings, and is heavily based on the universal law of cause and effect, and it embodies the idea, of getting back, what you put forth into the universe, for better, or for worse. This principle, applies to both the actions you take, as well as the thoughts, and feelings you project. Karma, can manifest itself, in various ways from person to person, and can be broken down into the 3 types of karma. Prarabdha karma, is the sum, of all of the karma you have accumulated, in this lifetime.

While Sanchita karma, refers to the sum of all of the karma from previous lifetimes, and then there is, Agami karma, which is karma that comes with the results of current decisions you have made, and actions you have taken, which brings us to the 12 laws of karma. Again, think of these as the rules, or the roadmap, that help you better understand how karma works.

The great law, is an amalgamation of the universal law of cause and effect, and the universal law of compensation, and states that, everything we think, and do, creates a corresponding energy, throughout the cosmos, and comes back to us in some form, or another, in equal proportion, regardless of current lifetime, or incarnation. The great law, further explains that whatever it is you want, or seek, you must then become, or embody, that desire. Not unlike the universal law of vibration, in that you are, what you vibrate.

So, for example, if you want love in your life, you must embody love, itself, or be loving. If you want to enjoy the fruits of abundance, you must embody abundance, in your mind and heart, while also taking actions relating to abundance, and to generosity to others. The great law, is the core, and backbone of the principles of karma.
