1 egg
3 tsp cornstarch
Simple and quick recipe
1. Cut the aubergines like french fries.
2. Mix them together with cornstarch.
3. add an egg and mix them together.
4. Add olive oil to the pan.
5. Fry eggplants in a pan until golden brown.
