Download the official Windows 11 ISO from Microsoft https://www.microsoft.com/software-do... . Download the virtio drivers for Microsoft Windows https://fedorapeople.org/groups/virt/... Configure the VM to use NIC and virtual hard disk of type virtio. Once Windows 11 is installed enable the RDP server. From a Linux computer you can connect to the VM using the RDP client FreeRDP.
