Make amazing hot fudge sundaes that are packed with protein!!
The BEST Keto Hot Fudge Sundae
serves 8
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup Natural Sweetener
1/3 cup Equip Chocolate Prime Protein Powder
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Easy Keto Vanilla Ice Cream: The BEST Protein Ice Cream
OPTIONAL: PROTEIN WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING
1 cup heavy cream
1 scoop Equip Vanilla Prime Protein Powder
1/4 teaspoon stevia glycerite
crushed nuts (optional, for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
While the protein ice cream is chilling, make the hot fudge.
To make the hot fudge sauce, place the heavy cream, sweetener in a medium pot over high heat. Once hot, remove from the heat and add the Equip chocolate and chopped chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in the vanilla. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Set in fridge to cool for a 15-30 minutes.
To make whipped cream topping, place heavy cream in a whipped cream canister and add Equip and 1/4 teaspoon of stevia glycerite to sweeten. Seal and shake well. Spray on top of hot fudge sundae and top with Nuts for optional garnish.
