If your youtube or google adsense payment sent or transferred  on 21st of month but still if you dont recive the money in your bank account after 7 days 10 days or 15 days then whome to contact what to do . either to visit bank or complain google  how payment system works and processed also is that money returned back to your adsense account back . Indian bank such as sbi , hdfc , icici punjab national bank may ask you to confirm KYC or FEMA declaration form ask the purpose or nature of UDS or forign currency exchange via wire transfer
