A team from China’s Palace Museum is working with Ra’s al-Khaimah’s Department of Antiquities and Museums to excavate and study the Chinese ceramics discovered in the northernmost UAE emirate, which bears witness to the ancient "Silk Road" between the Gulf and Far East as well as China's ceramics trade. The archeological cooperation started in 2017 and the mission will last for a month.
