VACIO al HORNO | Carne al Horno Jugosa - CUKit!

A really simple but delicious recipe to bake Flank Steak with some vegetables and spices.
We show you how to cook steak in the oven with an easy technic!!

Ingredients
- Flank Steak  1.5 Kg. (or Flap Steak)
- One Green Bell Pepper
- One Red Bell Pepper
- Two Carrots
- One Onion
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Spices to taste (chilli flakes, oregano, thyme)
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- White or Red Wine 500 Ml.

*Quantities for 3 or 4 servings.
