In this video I made some lazy, quick, vegan snacks inspired by your ideas! I also tried making chicken nuggets out of tofu? It sort of worked?

INGREDIENTS

#1 Roasted Dates stuffed w peanut butter and chocolate

coconut oil to grease your dish
a handful of dates
1-2 tbsp peanut butter
dark chocolate chips

#2 Chocolate Rice Cakes w Peanut Butter

chocolate rice cake
peanut butter

#3 Zucchini Noodle Toasts

1-2 zucchinis
oil for the pan
pinch of salt
garlic powder to taste
toast
optional: hummus, vegan cream cheese, nutritional yeast

#4 nutritional yeast with a spoon I guess

#5 A Wine Smoothie Bowl

1 cup frozen berries
1 cup frozen cherries
1-2 tsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla
2 tsp cocoa, unsweetened
100ml red wine (⅓ cup + 2 tbsp)
toppings of choice: strawberries, white vegan chocolate, cocoa nibs etc.

#6 Crispy Baked Tofu Nuggets

1 block firm plain tofu
2 1/2 cups cornflakes (75g)
¾ tsp salt
spices of choice: for example 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp Italian seasoning …

½ cup cornstarch (60g)

~ ½ cup vegan cream (125ml) (or sub for chickpea water, soy milk)

serve with ketchup, BBQ sauce, hummus ...
