1/2 cup of bulgur
2 medium onions
400 grams of semi-skimmed ground beef
1/2 bunch of parsley
10 sprigs of dill (optional)
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of chili paste
1 tablespoon of mint
1 teaspoon isot
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 water glass measure of oil
Salt
FOR SAUCE
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon of chili paste
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground pepper
3 glasses of water
1 thinly sliced tomato
Not ‼ ️ I cooked it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees with the fan open for 1 hour, covered and 10 minutes with the top open.
