WEDNESDAY  #WERKOUT OF THE WEEK!

Equipment needed:  NONE

Time:  10 minutes  

Intensity:  HIGH

Perform the following 4 exercises 50 REPS each, 2x with 30s rest between exercises if needed:  
👉 25x2 AIRBORNES
👉 25X2 TOE GRAB SQUATS
👉 25X2 SQUAT JACKS
👉 25X2 PLANK SHOULDER TAP
30S REST
     REPEAT 2X (or until 10mins are up)

Rest/modify as needed. This is a 400 rep routine. Do one set of 50 reps per exercise, then repeat! If you can do all 400 reps without stopping you’re a superstar!
