Green Screen Tracking Marker Removal - DaVinci Resolve 18 18.5 - On mobile screens or backgrounds

This tutorial shows how to remove(key out) a green screen and the black and white tracking markers usually placed on green screens for tracking information. These markers are usually placed on footage that has camera movement for easier tracking. However its not always easy removing both the tracking markers and the green screen together.
This method is for DaVinci Resolve 18 + , but may work on other editing platforms. We will remove the tracking markers, then the green screen and finally add our desired footage to replace the green screen completely.
