RUNNING FORM PART II

About a year ago I posted a quick video on running mechanics that was a great success with nearly 400k views to date.  The resounding critique was... where is the second half? We did this follow up video with some great tips and hopefully we were able to fill in the gaps.  My runner is VeeJay Jones the North American OCR 3K champion of 2019.  I have coached him for a few years.  Our goal this year is to repeat and go after the 15k OCR World Championship as well.  It's a tall order but we feel strongly that staying on point with our training, we have a good chance at success!
