Where is Ramsar Marble Palace?
Ramsar Royal Palace or Marble Palace (Marmar palace) is one of the most exquisite works of the Pahlavi era in Iran. This palace was put into operation by the order of Reza Shah Pahlavi in 1937 and was used as the residence of the royal family until the Revolution of 1978. Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the then Shah of Iran, and his second wife, Soraya Esfandiari, the then Queen of Iran, spent their honeymoon in this palace. The palace building is located in the middle of a garden with an area of 60,000 meters, which is the first modified citrus seedlings and rare ornamental plants planted in this garden and is one of the most interesting and diverse gardens in Iran. The architecture of this palace with a foundation of about six hundred meters and the work of Iranian artists. The palace is made of white marble with a veranda with four carved marble columns and on both sides of the stairs behind the palace, there are two tiger marble statues. After the 1978 revolution in Iran, this palace was owned by the Foundation for the Oppressed and can be visited by the public as a museum as a Caspian spectacle. The palace currently consists of several museums, including the Ramsar Marble Palace, the Ivory Museum, the Old Bath Museum, the Anthropological Museum of the North, the Museum of Historical Vessels, the Pahlavi Real Estate Document Museum, and the Bamboo Garden.
