This day brought us incredible encounters with Himalayan Yaks, breathtaking views of Ralam Glacier, and a profound connection with nature and the resilient people who call this remote region their home.
As we ventured nearer to the Ralam Glacier, anticipation filled the air. The sight of majestic Himalayan Yaks grazing peacefully amidst the rugged terrain left us in awe. These magnificent creatures, adorned with thick coats, epitomised the harmony between nature and the resilient inhabitants of this remote land.
Drawing closer to the glacier, the panoramic vistas unfolded before our eyes, leaving us breathless. The imposing presence of Ralam Glacier, glistening under the sun's rays, instilled a sense of reverence within us. The ethereal beauty of the surrounding snow-capped peaks and the frozen expanse of the glacier were a testament to nature's grandeur.

#Ralam Glacier is the most beautiful but unseen #glacier situated in the #pithoragarh District of #uttrakhand . This Glacier range is still unexplored because of it’s challenging trail & difficult Climb. This glacier is located at an altitude of 3500 to 4000m.
You can enjoy some scenic views of snow capped mountains like Sutela Peak, #chaudhara, #hansling & Chiring we from this glacier range. The total distance of Ralam Glacier is around 40-45 kms from trekking point (Lilam). This glacier is the source of Ralam River (Ralam Gad) and later #ralamriver Ralam River merges into #goririver Gori River.
