Wondering how to use a pressure sensor to determine altitude changes for your circuit projects? You’ve come to the right video! I’ll show you the theory, code, and an Arduino demonstration to help you out.
In this video, I describe in detail how to use a barometer, or atmospheric pressure sensor, to determine changes in altitude. I start off by explaining how we use the sensor, then describe the Hypsometric equation, a math equation that relates pressure and altitude, and end the video by demonstrating the concept with an Arduino.
