👩🏻‍🍳 Vegan Cherry Brownies

      - 1 Dark chocolate (70% cacao) - 125g
      - Coconut oil                                 - 20ml
      - Espresso                                     - 50ml
      - Plant milk                                    - 50ml

      - Rice flour / gluten free flour      - 50g
      - Erythritol/Stevia/Coconut sugar- 30g
      - Baking powder                            - 1tsp
      - flaxseed eggs                              - 2
         (2tbsp flaxseed meal + 4tbsp water)
      - fresh cherries

      Bake for about 18 min at 180 C
