Chapli Kebab is a traditional Pashtun dish that originated in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, in the city of Peshawar. It is a type of kebab made from ground meat, typically beef, mixed with various spices and herbs. The name "Chapli" comes from the Pashto word "chaprikh," which means flat, referring to the flat and round shape of the kebab.
Ingredients
beef mince meat 1 1/2 kg (with 20% fats)
1 grind onion without water
1 tomato
green chilli 2/3
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
crushed coriander 2 tbsp
pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
chilli flakes 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
cooling oil 2 cups
roasted white crushed cumin 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp or as your taste
makai ka ata (maiz flour)

me ne minced meat ko 2 bar machin se barik qeema bana lya .is me shamil kr dya adrak lehsan, kutti laal Mirch, bhuna zeera,makai ka bhuna aata,anar dana,kutta dhanya,etc .
Mene anda nhi dala he aap chahen to daal sake hn.
For best result marinate it overnight
