Why did I buy this old rusty Zippo?

I recently had a heart attack and had to spend some time in the hospital. I had seen this Zippo at an antique mall two blocks from my house and was debating getting it. Since they wanted $30 for it. While sitting in the hospital, I decided I wanted to purchase this Zippo and clean it up for my collection. The flint wheel is rust and will not move even after having drilled out the old flint. The hinge requires fixing as well with the case that needs a good cleaning. Will make a nice little cleaning project.
