5 large potatoes (850g)
1 cup of milk tea (240 ml)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 small onion chopped
⅓ teaspoon of black pepper
70g grated mozzarella cheese
chopped green pepper to taste
salt to taste
