I know I'm not alone in this.  Too many members of the Queer community struggle with substance abuse.  It's way too acceptable and used too often to numb the pain that many of us carry around.

But there is a light at the end of the tunnel.  You can conquer your addictions because I did!  I hope that in sharing my story we help soften the stigma around substance abusers and can be more empathic to their journey.
