Collard Green Egg Rolls

I had no plans on doing this video.... then realized my mom requires these cooked once a week...... let me share it.

This is my Mother’s favorite thing that I make💕

This video is to show you how I make them.

Ingredients:
3 or 4 Garlic Cloves
Cabbage (or a bag of cole slaw mix)
1 c Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
1 Carrots, shredded
1/8 c Red Onion
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder (optional)
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
