Riccardo Calafiori (born 19 May 2002) is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Serie A club Bologna.
On 31 August 2023, Calafiori returned to Serie A and signed with Bologna. Under head coach Thiago Motta, he was switched to a centre-back role, where he emerged as one of the best players in the league. On 20 May 2024, he scored his first Serie A goals by netting a brace in a 3–3 draw against Juventus, with Bologna conceding three quick goals only after him having been substituted after 75 minutes.
