Iraq - Saddam meets top officials

Iraqi President Saddam Hussein held an emergency meeting with his top officials on Tuesday (4/11), on the eve of a United Nations' mission to Baghdad. Saddam and his minister discussed their decision to postpone the explusion of American weapons inspectors until after the envoys' visit.
