Salted Caramel has been a popular favourite for ages. So today, Chef Priyanka from Hopping Chef, will show us how to make this delicious dessert in the comfort of your own kitchen. Lets pledge to ditch the store bought ones for a more gourmet one. Happy sweet indulgence, folks!

Ingredients:
1. Sugar
2. Water
3. Cream
4. Butter
5. Sea Salt

Method:
1. Take a pan
2. Add 2 parts of sugar to one part of water
3. As soon as the caramel takes the colour of your liking, take it off the burner
4. Add the cream. Be careful, the caramel can give you 3rd degree burns. Always remember that your safety in the kitchen is of utmost importance
5. Now put the pan back on the burner. Add a dollop of butter to give your caramel that much loved shiny texture
6. Pour your caramel carefully in an air tight jar and sprinkle with sea salt.
