Steamed Rice Cake - Nom Akor - Cambodian Simple Cooking Bopha's Kitchen - Unique Way of Cooking

I will show you how to make this delicious Khmer dessert using a different kind of cooking pan.  Instead of using the cup or kitchen gadget from Cambodia, you can use a small cupcake pan. Please watch the video to see step by step. Thank you.

Ingredients:
rice flour 3 cups
yeast 1 spoonful
corn starch 1/2  cup
sugar 1 cup
salt 1 tsp
coconut milk 1 can
warm water 1 1/2 cup
shredded coconut  small bowl (optional)

Coconut Cream: (Bopha's very own recipe)
coconut milk 1 cup
salt tip of spoon
sugar 2 spoonful
