In this easy cooking video, I make some baked chicken and rice in my toaster oven. The ingredients to my easy chicken and rice recipe are about 1 lb of chicken, 1 22.6 oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup of jasmine rice, and 1 cup of water. I seasoned the chicken with salt, and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. Then cooked it in a 450 degree F oven for 50 minutes. At the end, I sprinkled on some shredded cheese, and put it back into the oven until the cheese melted.
