How to fix this problem
How to fix this problem from my personal experience when jail-breaking iOS7.0... I basically re install iTunes and turnoff all security restrictions on my antivirus programs including Windows Defender, Windows Firewall, and Symantec Endpoint Protection.
1/ Change your location setting to U.S
2/ Check if evasion program work or not
3/ if not, completely remove iTune and its associated or additional softwares. REMOVE ALL CRAPS IN REGISTERS AS WELL!
4/ Disable all antivirus features
5/ Re-install iTunes. DO NOT INSTALL ANY ADDITIONAL PROGRAM EXCEPT iTUNE ITSELF. iTunes will ask you to install "Parental Restriction" or something like that, CHOOSE NO FOR EVERYTHING!!!
6/ Make a back up of your idevice before proceed
7/ Connect your idevice and run evasion
everything should work by now!
8/ if still not working, USE A DIFFERENT COMPUTER!
