Recently, I started this Pomodoro live stream to track my studies, and it has become the most valuable tool I've ever used. Ever since I entered college, I have been easily distracted and couldn't focus on my studies as effectively as I did in school.​

This Pomodoro live stream has helped me regain my focus and discipline towards my studies, and I believe it can help you too. Join me in this Live Pomodoro session of 'Study with me.'​

In each session, I study for 1 hour, followed by 10 minutes of meditation. This approach has proven to be very beneficial. Practicing meditation right after studying has tremendously helped reset my mind, enabling me to study for longer hours without feeling fatigued. I hope my writing has been helpful to you.
