Austin TX, November 9, 1976.  Neil Young plays solo acoustic version of "Here We Are In The Years".  The peaceful start gives way to the soaring middle section.  One of Neil's most poetic and philosophic songs.  You can hear him dedicate the song to president-elect Jimmy Carter, the Democratic candidate from Georgia.
