How to:
NOTE : This will just patch updates on the current version of Roblox UWP you have installed, if you have the latest one it will not install the older one, so first downgrade your Roblox to whichever version you want and then follow these steps. (Recommended 2.592.586.0)

Open install_python.bat if you don't have python installed.
Open pulsifier.bat
After its done installing, open pulsifier.exe
Join an experience and start playing! (your roblox will still be 32 bit and you will be able to play)
