Over time, the number of addresses associated with your Amazon account can really pile up. That may be as a result of moving, shipping packages to friends and family, or something else. Thankfully Amazon makes it easy to clean up the addresses associated with your account, and get rid of addresses you no longer need to ship items to. In this video I'll show you how to remove addresses from your Amazon account through both the Amazon website, and the Amazon mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
First let's look at the steps to remove an address from your Amazon account through the Amazon website.
Step 1. Launch your web browser and navigate to www.Amazon.com. Log into your Amazon account if you're not logged in already. You'll land on your Amazon home page.
Step 2. Click the "Account and Lists" drop-down at the top of the screen to open a menu.
Step 3. Click "Account" in the Your Account section. You'll land on the Amazon Your Account screen.
Step 4. Scroll down the screen until you get to the Ordering and Shopping Preferences section. Click "Your Addresses" in this section. You'll land on the Your Addresses screen, where you'll see a list of all of the addresses associated with your Amazon account.
Step 5. Find the address you want to remove from your Amazon account and then click "Remove." A Confirm Removal window is displayed, letting you know that removing this address will not affect any orders that are being shipped to this address.
Step 6. Click "Yes." A message is displayed letting you know that address has been removed from your Amazon account.
Next let's walk through the steps to remove an address from your Amazon account using the Amazon mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

Step 3. Tap "Account." The Account menu is displayed.
Step 4. Scroll down this screen to the Account Settings section and then tap "Your Addresses." You'll land on the Your Addresses screen, where you'll see a list of all of the addresses associated with your Amazon account.
