How to reach Delhi T1 from T3 or T2 free | Full ride | IGI Airport | Terminal Transfer

Full ride and process involved for Delhi airport terminal 3 to terminal 1 using complementary shuttle bus .
Shuttle bus operates 24x7 with interval of 20 min.Bus used are AC buses but not maintained at all but of as its short ride and free otherwise taxi would take around  350 rs minimum .
Shuttle bus is complementary for transom passengers,need to get complementary coupon from counter otherwise have to pay rs 25 on bus.
