UPDATE | German prosecutors apply for an arrest warrant for Markus Jooste: Trent Murray

German prosecutors have applied for an arrest warrant for Markus Jooste after the Steinhoff CEO failed to appear in court in Oldenburg.
Jooste stood down from the company in 2017 following an accounting scandal that rocked investors here and abroad.
