We are manufactutrer of cup filling and sealing machines to fill any type of viscus liquid or paste such as lassi , curd . our machines provides the speed of around 900 glass per hour .
How does the machine work?
Cup Placement Station: At this station cups are need to keep manually
Filling Station: At this station, material of required quantity is filled in the cup with the help of spool valve. At the top of this valve, a hopper is provided to store the material.
Lid Placement Station: At this station, lid is kept on the filled cup.
Sealing Station : At this station, the lid placed on the cup mouth is sealed with the help of a hot punch.
Discharge Station: At this station, sealed cups are collected on a collection table
