Milk ramyeon

[Ingredients]

1 pack of ramyeon
2 cups (360ml) milk
½ cup (30g) green onion
2 (20g) cheongyang peppers
½ tbsp coarse red pepper powder
2 cups (360ml) water

[Directions]

1. Put water in a pot and bring to boil over high heat.
2. Finely chop the green onion and cheongyang peppers 0.3 cm thick.
3. Cook the ramyeon noodles and flake seasoning in boiling water.
4. Loosen the ramyeon noodles with tongs without breaking them.
5. Once the noodles get completely loosened, quickly turn off the heat and drain the noodles.
6. Put the drained noodles back into the pot and add milk and powder seasoning. Cook over medium heat.
7. When it brings to boil, add red pepper powder and chopped green onion (leave some aside for garnish) and cheongyang peppers and continue cooking until it becomes the desired texture.
8. When the noodles are cooked, pour it in a bowl and finish by topping some green onion as a garnish.
