Non-contiguous (non adjacent) cell ranges are blocks of cells that are not next to each other. You'll learn how to select non-contiguous cells using both the mouse and the keyboard method.  When you've selected cells you'll learn  how to use the Status Bar to view quick summary information about the cells you have selected such as the Average, Count, Minimum, Maximum and Sum of the values selected.

As with all video lessons from The Smart Method®, there's a sample file download link at the beginning of the video to enable you to work along with the lesson.

This video comes from the "Doing Useful Work with Excel" session (Session 2 in our YouTube Excel Essential Skills free video training course).

You'll find the lessons in this session easier with our free e-book: https://thesmartmethod.com/Excel-free...
