:-🙏my name is Mahesh Babu -----

:- ingredients.

Fish Curry.
Add the fish in a bowl.
1/2" Tbls ' turmeric powder.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
1" Tbls ' of oil.
Mix well.
Marinate the 30 minutes.
Keep it a side.

Ball size tamarind in bowl.
Water.
Soaked 10 minutes.
Keep it a side.

Stove on net.
6" onions.
Roast.
Transfer the roasting onions in a plate.
Cool completely.
Peel skin.
Cutting.
Add the chopped onions in a mixture jar.
Grind into a fine paste.
Keep it a side.

Stove on pan.
Add the 1" Tbls ' of coriander seeds.
1/2" Tbls ' Fenugreek.
1" Tbls ' of cumin seeds.
1" Tbls ' of black pepper.
2" Tbls ' of dry coconut.
1" inch cinnamon.
5" cloves.
3" cardmom.
1" Tbls ' of poppy seeds.
Roast.
Transfer the fried seeds in a plate.
Cool completely.
Add the fried seeds in a mixture jar.
Grind into a fine powder.
Transfer the masala powder in a bowl.
Keep it a side.

Add the tamarind juice in a bowl.
Add the 3" Tbls ' of red chilli powder.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
Mix well.
Keep it a side.

Stove on pan.
Add the 2" Tbls ' of oil.
2" red chillies.
Curry leaves.
Add the blended paste.
1" Tbls ' of ginger garlic paste.
Mix well.
Add the tamarind juice.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
1" glass of water.
Add the salt to taste.
Add the blended masala powder.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Add the marinating fish.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Coriander leaves.
Our delicious family fish curry is a ready.
