Hello everyone it is bettermeee :)

It was a week rainy for the whole week here!
I always want to be organized and also exercise regularly, but with this weather, it is easy to get lazy..

when the mood is like this, it is good to do meal prep so you can grab healthy meal easily after work out, or on a busy day so you can always feel healthier.
for this week, I really enjoyed chia seed pudding, especially after morning yoga, and I filmed this process.
It only takes 30 seconds to  get it out from the fridge, and sprinkle some nuts or cereal on top. and it makes you happy as it is sweet flavor with fruit!

Chia pudding is something Kim Kardashian does for snack, when she is on diet mood.  
when I tried this, It is easier to digest and also have less skin or stomach trouble compared to when I eat flour made snack something like bread.

* 치아 씨드: 2 테이블 스푼 / 1인분 Chia seed : 2 Table spons / serving

* 우유 (어떤 종류든 가능) 반컵 / 1인분, 저는 일반 우유 사용했어요  
Milk: (any type of milk) half cup / serving, I used regular milk in this video

* 시럽 (어떤 시럽이든 가능 취향에 따라) 1 테이블스푼 / 1인분, 저는 아가베 시럽 사용했어요.
syrup: (any type of syrup you like) 1Table spoon / serving , I used Agave syrup in this video
