Party drink base sugar wine

Hey home brewers,
So I am starting a new series that focuses on party drinks made by home brewing.
pretty much all home brewers focus on wine, beer and cider and while these are perfectly good no one has made any real party shots or drinks. I'm here to change that in this series.
To start with I'm making a simple base that has so many uses that it's surprising that it's not used more.
