Ardbeg Anamorphic Committee Release Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky Review

The Whiskey Crusaders review Ardbeg Anamorphic Committee Release Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky Barrel Finished With Oak Staves which comes in at 96.4 proof.  It is made by making the casks up 4 different ways.  First taking the heads off and scoring them deeply, then toast them heavily with an infrared process, then char the cask insides heavily before filling with new make, they say this creates less briny and more chocolatey notes like mocha to call this the High Mocha process.
