Gits Rasmalai mix 150 gm
Milk for making dough 45-50 ml
Ghee 2 tsp
Water 2 litre for cooking Rasmalai discs

For sugar syrup
Water 200 ml
Sugar 200 gm

For making Ras
Milk 400 ml
Saffron/ kesar few(optional)
