IPC Hammer For Programming OS/Cal 2003 to 2007 GM Instrument Cluster

In this video I show how to use IPC hammer. It is a port of PCM hammer. Mike B. AKA Michael Beebe did all the work on this. I can't take any credit other than annoying him the whole time he was making it.  Just to list a few things you can do. This will let you add steering wheel controls or remove them, Add/remove TPS or put a diesel calibration on it.
