Ingredients
120g butter
2 eggs
103g oil
1tbsp vanilla
300g sugar
370g flour
270g milk
1&1/2tsp baking powder
11/2tsp baking soda
1tsp red colour (powdered) you can use gel colour
2tbsp cocoa powder

METHOD
preheat oven
Prepare pans
Mix butter, oil and sugar at high speed until light and fluffy.
In a bowl, substitute 2tbsp of flour with 2tbsp of cocoa powder. Add the powdered red colour, baking powder and baking soda. Sieve and set aside.
Add 1tbsp add vanilla into the eggs and add one at a time into the mixture while mixing.
Mix again for 2 minutes.
Divide flour into three parts, add the first 1/3part into the mixture alternatively with the milk.
Continue adding the flour while alternating with the rest of milk. Ensure that the flour comes in last.
Mix well on low speed until well incorporated.
Pour batter into pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 1hr or until skewer inserted comes out clean.
