1. Brush your teeth twice everyday
This is the most ignored part of personal hygiene. Brushing every day is important to get rid of the plaque that gets collected on the teeth. That is why it is important to brush your teeth twice a day.
2. Take a Bath Everyday
Bathing or showering is very important for personal hygiene. Everyday we are exposed to all kinds of environments. Therefore, we are prone to suffer from their impacts if we don’t shower everyday. Another reason behind it is we all face sweating every now and then. If left to its fate the sweat becomes a breeding ground for harmful bacteria.
3. Cut your Nails Regularly
Shapely nails are very important to the personal hygiene. Therefore it is important that you keep them filed so that there is no room for germs. Germs often find shelter inside the unfiled nails.
4. Wash your Hands
Your hands are exposed to all kinds of activities and objectives everyday. Most of the times we forget about the importance of washing the hands. It is important to wash your hands before having a meal and right after it. Also don’t ever forget to wash your hands after answering the nature’s call.
