He works with U.S. and non-U.S. entities in climate tech, life sciences, healthcare, hospitality, and technology industries. Shai has vast experience representing startups to late-stage private companies in the climate tech and sustainability space. He advises companies on equity and convertible debt financings, mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, reorganizations, and joint ventures. Additionally, he provides legal advice to investors on climate tech investments, acquisitions, and dispositions.
