Scaring A Bear With Bread I'm Sorry!
First off we are feeding the bear bread that was provided by the park specifically to feed them. Their diet is balanced out by the park staff but the USDA only allows visitors to feed the animals bread in this park including the bears.
The 2nd bear also clearly grabs the bread touching the electric fence and is completely not affected. They were doing some construction in part of the bear habitat so I'm assuming it was off!
