This segment is taken from Central Pangasinan in Manaoag due west to Lingayen which is Pangasinan’s capital. Will be passing some municipal & barangay roads as well. A part of National Highways 57 & 55 then a part of Lingayen-Labrador Road. Except for the barangay roads, all road conditions are Good to Fair.
Next stop after the visit Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag is to meet cousins in Lingayen whom I have not seen for the past 28 years. Route is will be passing or dropping by the following Points of Interests:
• Sts. Peter & Paul Parish, Calasiao
• Calasiao Puto Producer and Vendor Association
• Lunch at Kainan ni Mang Peping, De Venecia Hi-way Extension, Dagupan
• Binmaley Church
• End at Lingayen - Bgy. Malimpuec after turning right from Lingayen-Labrador Road in Domaladan West before Guesang Bridge which is the boundary of Lingayen & Labrador due West.
From Manaoag, took Maloko Street to Mapandan then to Sts. Peter & Paul Parish, Calasiao where we got to buy & sample Puto Calasiao. The sellers of these are in one row in front of the Municipal Hall called Calasiao Puto Producer and Vendor Association.
Went to Dagupan for a late lunch at Kainan ni Mang Peping, De Venecia Hi-way Extension, Dagupan but was not able to drop by Metropolitan Cathedral of St. John The Evangelist in Dagupan since it is already getting late & its traffic inside the city. Dropped by instead at Church of Our Lady of the Purification in Binmaley as it was along the way.
It’s one-way roads in Lingayen so did not drop by at Lingayen Church (Epiphany of our Lord Parish). Continued to Lingayen-Labrador Road at Domalandan West area in Lingayen just before Guesang Bridge which is the boundary of Lingayen & Labrador due West. The segment ends in Bgy. Malimpuec in Lingayen, Pangasinan.
Road condition is good except those of barangay roads in Mapandan which are narrow.
