Hi... meet me again on Sui Ing Channel, this time I want to make pandan layer cake, it tastes really good, similar to the ones sold in cake shops


PANDAN LAYER CAKE

Material :
✓ 4 eggs
✓ 100 gr granulated sugar
✓ 100 gr margarine / you can also use butter (melted)
✓ 70 gr flour
✓ 1 tbsp cornstarch
✓ 1 tbsp powdered milk
✓ 1 tsp SP
✓ vanilla powder to taste
✓ vanilla butter flavor to taste
✓ enough pandan paste
✓ light yellow food coloring to taste (optional just to enhance the color)
