Make this upcycled bottle sleeve or wine bag as a fun way to present a gift to that fun-loving hostess on your list. Using the leftover jeans legs from making cut-offs, or jeans tote liners from my art bag series, whip this up in a jiffy and present it when you are invited to her home. It's a fun conversation piece as well.
0:36 Cut leg a few inches longer than bottle and turn it insideout.
0:58 Sew across middle. You don't need to go over the existing seams or even backstitch.
1:36 Finger (or use a screwdriver) to press ottom seam open.
1:55 Box both corners by sewing in about 2 inches from corner like we did the corners of the denim liner. Then trim.
2:56 Turn rightside out.
3:37 Decorate with ribbons, bows, fascinators, whatever bits of interest you can add to your gift.
