As a Team leader, you may choose to work in the Files tab of Teams, which allows the owners and members of your Team to share and collaborate on files in a safe and secure environment. However, there may be times when you need to access a file quickly or work on a file offline. Syncing files locally allows you to have access to a folder of your content. When the files are synced locally, you have the ability to share, email, create a zip folder, print, and fax.

School leaders and staff members can sync their files locally so that they can work on Teams files while they are traveling to conferences and do not have WIFI capabilities the entire time. Once they connect to WIFI, their revisions will sync to Teams.
